Purchased Acorn TV promo through Roku - but it's asking for a login / password (which I did not set up). No other station purchased on Roku has done that. When I contacted Acorn TV support - they said Roku is a completely different system and that I had to resolve the issue through them. What do I do now?

If you are trying to access Acorn via the Acorn channel app, try accessing your paid through Roku Acorn account through The Roku Channel.
