1. My Roku 4K Express Streaming unit has been good. My unit connects me to my two Legacy Tablo Devices. My Roku remote just broke and I replaced it and because I had done a reset on my Streaming unit, trying to get old remote to work, I now had to do a new install of Streaming unit. 
The Current Roku App for Tablo and TabloTV, cannot find my Tablo’s on my Network. But my iPad and iPhone APPs are still finding them and working correctly. Did Roku change out the APPs to work with the New 4Th Generation Tablo’s?

Because the 4Th Generation doesn’t work the same way the Legacy Tablo’s work, AND we Legacy Tablo owners Need the Legacy APPS. 

Does anybody have the answers?

Roku has absolutely nothing to do with the Tablo apps and pretty much every other app on the Roku platform except The Roku Channel and the Roku media player, so Roku didn't change out anything.   There's two Tablo apps.  If you have a legacy device, I assume you need the legacy app:
