I have a brand new Roku stick at the office and a Roku box at home.

At office: Discovery Plus is a black screen when I open it, pressing home gets me out, but I can't do anything else. Also Poker Go I am able to see the toolbar on left but just a spinning circle.

I am able to watch both on the home device.

I am able to watch Sling on the office stick.

I had an older stick thought that was problem, bought new one which didn't help.

In your office, what are you attempting to view the Roku on?

Computer monitor?
TV?
What model?
How connected?
