Their Web page says they support sticks back to model 3500, which was the first HDMI Streaming Stick. The earlier sticks were MHL.

Having said that, you would really appreciate the better performance with the current sticks than the 3500 or 3600 sticks. But, depending on your device model number, it may be supported.
