My mother is on a fixed income and has a problem over ordering from the home shopping networks. I have deleted the channels from the channel line up, but when she turns on her Roku TV a shopping channel is frequently "featured", making it able to view. Unlike other channels there is no option to hide these channels by pushing the star key. Why would Roku push a channel that the customer has hidden in the channel lineup? Please help.
