I purchased an express 4K + and when I went to set up my HBO Max there was already an account set up. How do I remove this account and setup mine? I have already deleted the app and reinstalled. Thanks for the help.
I figured it out. It was a Max problem.
For others that may have the same problem (since I've seen this problem reported before), can you tell us what it was and what it took to fix it?
Open Max and go to Max settings and log out of the present account and resign in with new account.
