For the last few days every time I go to watch an episode of Star Trek on Paramount ,I have to keep changing it back to English otherwise I have to listen to it in Dutch. Is anyone else having this issue? And why do I have to keep re-adjusting my audio language, when I'm not making any changes and it's only on that one show?
Hi Alley71,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
We would be more than happy to look further into this issue but will need more details. Can you please provide us with the following information:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
- tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.
Best regards,
Mary

Only happens when I'm watching Star Trek TOS on Paramount+ doesn't matter if I'm starting from the menu or if it's the next episode, it seems to continue to revert back to Duetch. My system is set for English in all aspects. Almost as if paramount has set the default stream to German.

I have the same problem on my Roku (TCL) TVs. I have three Roki (TCL) TVs. All of them use German Subtitles now by default when I watch Blue Bloods or Star Trek. This started between 11/18 to 11/20

I should add to my comment above that I can switch it to English, close Paramount Plus, open Paramount Plus and it is back to German. No other app on my Roku TV does this. Roku settings are set to English.
