We try to watch some movies on Roku but the sound is so low and when we turn it up to hear then a commercial come on that's so loud that the neighbors can hear. We've adjusted sound in settings but nothing helps. Anyone have a solution?

We noticed your post about the audio being too low when you're streaming, but it gets too loud during commercials.
What is the model of your Roku device? Does it happen with a specific app? In the meantime, try a system restart by going to Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
