Hi, @Elherreram.
Thanks for the added infromation.
In cases like this, it is usually related to your network connection's signal strength. Have you tried rebooting your router? Ensure your Wi-Fi connection is stable and performing well. Sometimes, even with fiber optics, fluctuations in speed or signal strength can cause delays or buffering like this.
For reference, here are the support articles related to this:

Hi all,
I think i found the root cause for the issue. at some point, the new Roku firmware is enforcing the region of the email account used. My account is based in Canada and the Roku TVs i have in Canada are working fine. if I use the same account, then the TVs in the USA will not stream anymore. Changed the account to use one US based and Live TV and streaming are back.
Hello!
where are you doing
Hi, @Elherreram.
Thanks for checking in and sharing your input with us.
Indeed, you will no longer be able to access a Roku device activated in Canada and use it in a different region, such as the US. You will have to use an email address created in the US and activate it in the same location you want to use it.
Feel free to contact us if there's anything else we can assist with. We'd be more than happy to continue doing so. You may also visit our support website for additional troubleshooting resources.
In the meantime, we hope you continue to have a Happy Streaming! 💜
Best regards,
Carly
I just bought a new roku express connector for my tv. Its wireless but the system says the signal strength is excellent. when I click on a free roku movie or live show the tv displays a frozen image from the show in the right hand corner, but nothing else. The movie won't play. I set up Prime on the same connector and it works fine. I tried re booting everything but no luck. From the posts it seems this has been an issue for a long time, I'm surprised Roku hasn't solved it
