Can’t view channel even tho I have subscription

I have a BET+ subscription and my Roku channel is stating there’s an issue with my subscription payment. I’m able to watch the app on my phone and iPad. Please help

Thank you for informing us that you are having trouble with your subscription to a channel. For this matter, it would be effective for you to contact our Account-Billing team directly, as they are the best ones who can further assist you.

You can visit our Account-Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. There should be an option to talk to one of our live representatives.
