I’m starting to hate FreeVee. It’s OK for movies, but TV series are a continuing problem. Once you start a series, it takes a major effort to get it off Continue Watching.
There is a trick where you can get it off by removing each episode by playing it from the beginning and then clicking Back twice on the Roku remote before it starts, but now I’ve got one where even that doesn’t do it. For The Real McCoys, I see two separate seasons on Continue watching, and no matter what I do, I can’t get them off.
If there is another trick, please let me know about it.
Not being able to delete from "Continue Watching" is frustrating to me. I simply remove the Freevee app from Roku then re-install it. I get a fresh clean version of Freevee. With so many other Roku apps to handle, deleting and re-installing is quick and easy.
9ve found if you go to this page you can clear unwanted stuff from it

Welcome to the Roku Community, @TucsonBill.
Thanks for reaching out. We'd be happy to help you remove a certain app/channel from the Continue Watching category.
Kindly navigate to your Home screen. Scroll down to select What to Watch > Continue watching > Highlight the channel tile and press the star (*) button > Select Remove from Continue Watching.
I hope this helps.
Best regards,
Carly
