My roku accouny has the correct ip address for my region. I go to the activate page, enter the code shown on my tv and a popup asks me to sign in but when I tap Sign In, notjing happens. There is no choice of internet/cable provider offered and screen just sits there. I can sign in to CTV app on my Roku using my provider and Global is the same area, both in Canada. Help, please?
