With this change from the prior CNNgo channel to CNN+ I am very disappointed how CNN has made it difficult to open the Live Channels (that I pay to receive via my cable TV subscription). They are there, but it takes about 8 clicks to scroll down the left side menu versus the prior click between Live and Featured.
I realize that CNN is trying to drive revenue by making the paid CNN+ the default, but they are cutting off their nose to spite their face since they still get a cut from my cable subscription revenue (plus their unavoidable commercials stream).
I realize that the Channel app formatting is provided by CNN. I complained to CNN https://help.cnn.com/us/Feedback , maybe U2. Perhaps the channel can be revised to more easily 'tune' CNN Live.
