Thanks for the suggestion @OldAlbertan ! I did think of it yesterday and tried to remove the app but there was no "remove app" option! All the other apps have it. It's the strangest thing. I just looked again today and still no "remove app" for CBC Gem. I don't get it! lol

@JojoF, if you have a subscription through Roku "Remove app" will be replaced by "Manage subscription".  You can't remove an app if you have an active subscription through Roku.  It's just one reason while most here would recommend subscribing directly with a provider and not through a third party.

Yes! So, that's why! Lesson learned. Guess I will remove my credit card information now. I didn't have that issue with the other apps, like Netflix. That explains my CBC Gem issue. Thanks SO much for your help and input @OldAlbertan !!
