We understand that you cannot log in with the Britbox channel. Could you confirm to us if you're directly subscribed to Britxbox directly or subscribed through Roku Pay? Also, are you accessing the content through the standalone channel or through The Roku Channel?

I can access Britbox through Amazon no problem, but I am unable to access britbox through my Roku. Error message denies my login info. I can use that same denies login info to sign into Roku.com successfully. Something is amiss here.
@msm5, you never need to use your Roku account credentials on a Roku device. It's already linked to your Roku account, so entering them would be redundant. If some app is asking for a username/email address and password it's asking for something specific to that app/provider. The box that comes up suggests using your Roku account email address since many people only have one email address, but you can enter any email address you desire. If you subscribe to Britbox through Amazon, it's possible your subscription will only work on Amazon devices (similar to subscribing to something through Roku). If you can sign in on Britbox's website, those are the credentials you need to enter in the app on your Roku device.
When I had Britbox through Amazon/Prime, I just launched Prime on my Roku and the subscription was there. (I used to do this for both Britbox and Acorn).
Install Prime Video on your Roku device. Use your Amazon credentials to sign in to Prime.
