@HereinWyoming, I think someone like @Hector-Roku will have to look into what kind of subscription you're paying for. It sounds like you can't access Britbox through its standalone channel or via The Roku Channel yet you're showing a charge for it through Roku.
As a final note, I don't know if it applies and I don't know if it was mentioned before, but if you have multiple Roku devices it's possible that they are linked to different Roku accounts. If you do have more than one Roku, check the email address on each one that's displayed under Settings->System-About. Also, make sure you're using that email address to log in at https://my.roku.com when you check your subscriptions.
