Why is the Roku player blocking channels that are legally available in my region? I’m not able to download HBOMAX and Disney +.  You can contact HBOMAX and Disney +. This issue needs to be resolved.

Exactly where do you live? Just cause HBO Max and Disney+ are available in your area it doesn’t mean Roku supports your area

I’m currently using TCL tv with Roku and Netflix works. So I’m assuming it has to be them blocking the other apps.

Where do you live? You have a TCL Roku TV.

Jamaica and yes HBOMAX and Disney is available in this country and yes Roku is working. I currently have Netflix.

@Drewpuddy, channel availability in your region and channel availability on Roku in your region are two different things.  Roku isn't supported in your region and many providers choose not to support their service on Roku in regions Roku doesn't support.
