my britbox on roku is not syncing eastenders correctly. I am either missing a lot of Eastenders episodes on BritBox through Roku or the new ones show up on different years.
it shows 4 seasons (2012, 2017, 2021, 2024) 2017)
2012 is only 2 episodes... both are really from the last weeks not 2012
2017 1 episode... the pic is correct however when it plays it's also from the last week
2021 is 3 episodes... also all from the last week.
2024 has more episodes however it stops at 12/23/24 it's missing xmas eve, yesterdays 2 xmas episodes, and today's
On the stand alone BritBox app it shows up, but I cannot cancel the Roku version and sign up with the stand alone says I am already signed up for BritBox.
Britbox support says it's Roku's problem because i am paying Roku

This is an issue for me also. It is impossible to follow the episodes as they are not listed correctly under the correct dates or episode numbers. On britbox app they seem to be in the correct order with all the Xmas episodes up which are not on Roku britbox. I would also prefer to watch them on Britbox app but cannot as I am signed up via Roku. Would appreciate if this could be fixed.
