BBC Iplayer not working on Model 4800X - Roku Ultra ID FY-164-877

I just received my Roku and the bbc Iplayer app says its not available on this device when I open it. ITV, Channel 4 and 5 work. all other UK apps work.

What is the resolve for this please?

I don't know if this applies, but "Roku devices purchased outside the UK region have not been approved by the BBC. Content streamed through BBC iPlayer will not be available."

In addition, the 4800 isn't on that list.
