Apple TV channel voices are skipping in and out

The voices keep going out on my Apple TV. It’s like it’s skipping words. Is anyone else having this issue and how do I fix it? I’ve taken the app off and redid it and it still is happening

When removing the channel, are you making sure to restart your Roku device before adding the channel back again?
