Any advice is appreciated towards this matter.

I’ve got a dilemma as well as a question I’m aware of how to mirror an iPhone to the Roku tv needless to say screen got broke wild story which brings me to my question can you mirror the tv screen itself to your iPhone a lot of my screen is not visible until I get the screen replaced and or repaired

No, sorry, a Roku TV has no provisions for outputting content to another device.

Some of the channels you view on Roku may have their own apps you can install on your phone and view them that way.    And if you are in a country where The Roku Channel is supported, you can view it on your Roku mobile app, although you can't view any premium subscriptions you normally view thru The Roku Channel.

Most stand-alone computer monitors use HDMI connections.  (By stand-alone, I mean: don’t expect an HDMI port on a laptop to be useful for this because those are output ports.)  Most computer monitors don’t have built-in speakers, but most have an audio output jack.
