Amazon Prime will no longer play videos on 2 of my Roku’s. I can login, see my playlist, select a title or a movie or tv and the app just spins. I have reset my ROKU, removed the Apps and have started over. I can play Prime on Apple and my Samsung. Any ideas?
When you remove a channel/app, make sure your restart your Roku device from Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate) before adding it again. If you didn't do that, try that. The only other thing I could suggest is to restart all of your network equipment (gateway/modem/router) even if everything else is working.
