All apps/channels are missing and I can't add them back
Every single app/channel on my TCL Roku tv has disappeared from my home screen. When I click an icon on the remote to try to add it back, it says channel install failed. There is no way for me to search for any channels either. Everything is just gone. I have tried system reset, unplugging, and checking for updates, but nothing has worked. Please help

By "system reset" do you mean factory reset? System restart is pretty much the same thing as unplugging the power and plugging it back in, so if you haven't tried a factory reset, it's probably time to give that a try.
