All Showtime and Live TV is locked even tho I bought the Paramount + with showtime

I can't watch any showtime shows/movies and can't access the live TV. I just paid for the Paramount+Showtime for $11.99. I can access it on my phone but not on my TV where I wanna watch it.

Does anyone know why?

@Mandell85-

If I were to run into such a problem I'd try logging out of the Paramount+ account, then back in with the credentials for my Paramount+ with Showtime account to see if that resets something.

Did you have a previous Paramount+ account before Showtime was added?
