I subscribe to Max via Roku account.  I am trying to log into the Max app on my ipad, using my Roku credentials, but it doesn't recognize the email/password combination.  Per the Max troubleshooting, I shouldn't have to connect a provider, just sign in using my Roku credentials.  

Anyone else subscribe to Max with your Roku account and are able to log into the mobile app?

Do you have a link to the Max troubleshooting page?  I'd like to take a look at it.  There's no way Roku shares your Roku password with Max or anyone else (at least they better not).  Try logging in on the Max site with the email address associated with your Roku account (displayed under Settings->System->About) and using the "forgot password" option if it's available.  You may be able to establish a password that you can use along with your email address on other devices.
