Subscribed to All Gen Movies and it worked ok for a few days. I was able to watch 2 or 3 movies. Then on Sunday the 28th it quit working.
I select a movie to watch.
It goes in to "Loading" mode and sits there for 20 seconds or so.
Then it tries to play for 3-4 seconds.
Then it goes back to "Loading" mode.
It then repeats this process until I give up.
It does this on all movies I try to watch.
I have sent 3 emails to All Gen Movies and none of them have been answered.
They suggest that I call Roku and supply a number. It's just a recording that says because of covid no one works there.
Any suggestions?
