Channels & viewing

All of our tvs have Roku sticks.  It worked perfectly.  There was an update to 11.5 and now we have to log in to Hulu live every time we use it.  We get PDev320 code. We have buffering if we try to change channels. We can’t view Apple TV after logging in.  

why do we have to log in every time?

we have rebooted the router, removed Hulu channel and reinstalled, updated software, reset the Roku system, checked the internet on Roku (excellent) and even factory reset one of the Roku.

UPDATE:

after no luck I found WorldofTech on YouTube.  His “TCL Roku TV:  Wi-Fi Internet Not Connecting? Try this First!!  He had the answer in under 3 minutes!

Roku you should pay him.  It was that pinging was disabled after the update!!!

Thank you WorldofTech!!!  Sorry to say lots of chats and kind words from Roku but no real help.
