I have been posting over 7 months about this issue that many, many users report having. You moderators keep asking for a bunch of information from our ROKUs, IPs, locations, which program, our hair color and shoe size. I have repeatedly posted all requested information to no avail. ROKU NEVER responds, I only hear from moderator shills telling me to be patient. You would think a resposible company would at least attempt to assure customers directly instead of on this forum.
I don't think this missive will bring about any change in ROKUs ineptitude and lack of customer service. Just saying.
