Which region do you live in? Some regions, including North America, have Disney+ available, and others do not. If you live in a region where Disney+ is not available in, then sadly, there is no way for you to add the Disney+ app to your Roku device. If that is not the issue and you live in a region where Disney+ is actually available in, you probably need to check the software version of your Roku device. If that is not the issue either, you probably bought a defective Roku unit.
