i installed ip camera viewer basic. when i click on it a menu with 4 items pops up on left side of screen. if i select security  it just gives me a cloud with a line through it. if i select add new camera with the ok button on remote it show an ad for upgrade to pro, with 2 buttons upgrade to pro which does nothing and cancel which if selected goes back to highlighted add new camera. Selecting Settings  goes to 2 options via checkmarks  fill and preserve and fill screen.. back button out/exit. help goes to great help info. how does one get to ad new camera.????  i hope someone has experienced this.

We understand you are unable to add a new Roku camera to your IP camera viewer app. We're happy to assist you. When you want to see what’s going on around your home, you can pull up a live video stream from any of your Roku Smart Home cameras or your video doorbell. Simply open the Roku Smart Home mobile app or launch the Roku Cameras channel on your Roku streaming device, and from either place, you can easily see what trouble your pets are into or check if that special package has arrived. You can also live stream your camera and doorbell on a smart display with Google Assistant or Alexa built-in, or the Alexa app.

Thanks for the reply but you missed the mark on that..  There are 3 camara aps that ive seen and I probably should have put it in quotes "ip camera viewer basic" not "ROKU cameras" or "IP viewer pro"

I tried to describe in detail what i was running into in hopes someone else migt say it shouldnt do that. and tell what i might be missing on that.

I also now see i posted this to roku cameras my bad... ill try to find another area to post it where it should be. so thanks for the reply i wouldnt have caught my error if you hadnt.
