I bought a new wire free video doorbell. I set it all up but when I go into “event recording” to make sure the settings are all correct and to get smart detections. I keep getting “operation failed” when it loads. I have deleted device and set it up, along with deleted the app and set it up again multiple times. It says version is up to date as well, v5.2.0.19 Can anyone help me?
