Viewing Roku SE camera via Alexa or Fire Cube tv

Jump to solution

Hi all,

Up until about a month ago, I was able to view my Roku SE camera via the Alexa mobile app, or on my Fire Tv and/or Echo Show.   Now, if I go to the mobile App, the camera is listed under devices, but says "Unresponsive"   Same when I ask to see it on the other Echo devices.   Any idea what's going on?   I did restart the camera and that didn't help.   Many thanks.
