Hi, @Lilpoohaw
Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.
We came across your post where you mentioned that your Roku Camera is not set up, and we're here to assist. We recommend performing a full reset with your Roku Indoor Camera, and set it up once again.
A factory reset disconnects your Roku® Smart Home device from Wi-Fi® and restores factory default settings. Performing a factory reset is necessary when reselling or returning your smart home device and can be helpful as a troubleshooting step
IMPORTANT: For indoor camera models supporting a micro SD card, remove the storage device before performing a factory reset.
- Plug in your camera if not already powered on
- Press and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds
- Wait at least 30 seconds for your camera to restart
After a successful reset, you will see a blue pulsing status light on your camera. If you are troubleshooting and need to set up your camera again, refer to the following article: How to set up your Roku Indoor Camera SE
We hope this works, and let us know what you find out.
Best wishes,
Kash
