I received a replacement for a Roku Outdoor SE Camera that wasn't charging.
I plugged it into the charging port of the base station SIX days ago. It's still flashing red. I took the recommended steps to fix the problem, but it hasn't worked.
I originally purchased three of these cameras. The first two work, but the third one (and its replacement) don't seem to want to charge.
Please advise.
Hi @gerasco,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
We understand that you're having a problem with your Roku outdoor camera SE since it is not charging. We're happy to help. Can you please check if you have plugged in your Roku outdoor camera directly to the base station? Did you try to use another charging cable? (Micro USB type) Did you try to set up the Roku camera again?
We look forward to hearing back from you soon.
All the best,
John
As of today, the camera was still flashing red. On a whim, I unplugged it and went through the steps to activation and it went all the way through.
The camera is listed as 98% charged as I write this.
Despite the flashing red charging light, things seem to be working normally.
