Thanks for letting us know about the issue with your Roku Camera not connecting to the internet during setup. We would be more than willing to sort this out for you.
Let's see if this will work for you.
Restart your device:
- Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera
- Wait 10 seconds
- Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera
Restart your router and modem
- Unplug the power cable from the power outlet.
- Wait for 10 seconds.
- Plug it back and wait until it loads before you connect again the camera.
