What if you download the files and then they don’t play?

I purchased that annual subscription for my Roku camera. It’s been a week now since it hasn’t been allowing me to play back any events. Please advise. This is starting to annoy me.
I'm having the same issue, also cannot change the live feed definition,(the live feed is completely different and it's not a good thing) 2 cameras suddenly cannot identify they have SD Cards in them. This all happened at the same time after all 4 cameras had an "offline" situation suddenly. Indoor Camera SE (2/2pk)
