Indoor camera SE won't connect

Indoor camera SE won't connect to my network it's is 2.5 G and I have followed all instructions from the box, from the smart home app and from any and all websites that I have found, is there ANYTHING I can do besides returning the camera

Welcome to the Roku Community and thanks for posting regarding connecting your Roku Smart Home Indoor Camera. How far is your camera from the wireless router? In addition, who is your ISP (internet service provider) and what brand and model is your wireless router?
