Jump to solution

New cameras installed a week ago.  Videos were saving.  Today they are all gone.  Still with the 14 days.

Hi @Matthew-S,

Greetings from the Roku Community!

We understand you are having a problem with the Roku Indoor 360 camera SE since the recordings are missing. We're happy to help. If you are missing recordings you expected to see in the smart home app or on your micro SD card, check if you have created any rules that are affecting your recordings.

  1. Open the Home screen.
  2. Select your camera or doorbell.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Rules.
  • Check if you have rules specifying your camera or motion detection to turn off.
  • Review if you have rules affecting when your recordings start and end.

You may also want to check out this support article here on how to fix a video recording or scheduling issue on your Roku Smart Home camera or video doorbell.

Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.

Regards,
John
