How to update firmware tried everything!

There's an update for firmware on both of my indoor Roku cameras. But everytime I try to update it, it fails. Therefore I am unable to view the live feed. The update pop up comes up everytime. I'm also having issues with the cameras staying connected and video playback. I have tried everything. Every troubleshooting option possibly and have contacted support a handful of times trying out their troubleshooting options. They had no luck and referred me to a higher tech support but haven't heard back since. Has anyone had this problem?
