We would be more than happy to look further into this issue for you, can you please provide us with the following information:
-which Roku Smart Home camera are you using
-are you using the Roku Smart Home mobile app to play events or the Roku Camera channel on your Roku device
If you are using the Roku Camera channel, can you please provide the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID)
If you are using the Roku Smart Home mobile app, can you please provide the additional information:
-brand, model, and OS of your mobile device
-log ID when this issue occurs (from the Roku Smart Home app, select Account > Roku Support > Submit a log)
Once we have this information, we will be able to assist you further.
