I recently bought 3 outdoor wired security cameras. I have 2 of them mounted outside my house and linked to my roku account.
My issue is that one of the cameras records events but the playback is choppy. The second camera is mounted about 3 feet away from the other (the one giving choppy playback) and its playback is OK.
I have verified the firmware bersion and its up to date and the wireless signal strength is the exact same for both of them.
What else can I check and is there any fix for this.
I'm running firmware version 126.96.36.19996
And plug in version 188.8.131.52

May we know if the issue persists when you move the camera closer to your wireless router?
In addition, have you tried to reboot your Roku Smart Home camera?
