My doorbell is a piece of s**t. You get notifications good for a day or so,then nothing. Then you have to sign into app, Everytime I sign in I have to change password. It's the worst $100 I have ever spent. I didn't sign up for cloud live images. It's take photos, blurry that person 3 feet away are unrecognizable. Try to remove images is like pulling teeth,it's an all day job to delete a half dozen images

Please try cleaning the lens of your camera with a soft cloth, rebooting your router, and restarting your Roku Video Doorbell. Usually, a network signal or intermittent connection causes blurry photos.
