I just purchased an outdoor camera, but cannot get it to connect to my WiFi. I have tried restarting and also hitting the sync button, but it just keeps telling me the sync failed. Ready to return this if I cannot figure it out. Never had issues with my other Roku devices, so not sure what’s going on with this one. Roku Outdoor Camera SE.

We understand you are having trouble connecting your Roku outdoor camera through your Wi-Fi. We're happy to assist you further. Please check out this support article here on why my Roku Smart Home device is not connecting to the app during setup.
