Camera has stopped following any movement, and when I try the events it just keeps buffering
Hi @Kerry2,
A warm welcome here in the Roku Community!
We'd like to take a closer look into this issue that you're having. May we know what kind of Roku camera you are using right now? (Roku indoor camera, Roku indoor 360 camera, Roku outdoor camera, Roku outdoor wired camera, Roku doorbell camera, Roku floodlight camera SE) What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
With detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
John
I am having the same issue, events will not load (just a spinning circle).
This is for all events over the past two weeks. Events that I was able to play back a few days ago no longer playback. It must be an issue on Roku's end.
This is for events from all of my cameras: doorbell, floodlight, indoor cam. Right now all cameras live steam okay but that has also been touch-and-go.
Honestly it is just one issue after another with Roku smart devices, cameras, bulbs, plugs, LED strips. I have owned these devices for a year and it is one problem after another. I am getting tired of coming to this forum looking for answers and not finding any. I am getting tired of resetting devices over and over. When I report an issue Roku does not respond. When I was away from home the doorbell cam stopped working and I couldn't do anything about it. These products are not reliable.
On the other hand I love my Roku Ultra streamer, which is why I trusted Roku with the smart home products in the first place.
EDIT to add: I deleted and reinstalled the Roku Smart Home app on my phone and the events are playing again.
