soooo i just sold my tv , realized i deleted NOTHING off it , netflix , youtube , everything is still on it , if there any way i can reset it without having it physically ? thank youuu

Unlink it from your account at https://my.roku.com .  I don't know if that resets everything, but it's about all you can do.

awe okay , yeah i've already unlinked the tv from my account hopefully it does something haha , thank you !

When I had an older Roku I was getting rid of, I unlinked it first. When I connected it to a TV to do a factory reset, the home screen was basically blank, with no channels.
