Unable to unblock Roku tv channels with or without a pin. We have no children I keep trying to unblock with out a pin , don't know how to do it, tried putting a pin in my account to unblock channels, I'm being told pin is in valid. ?????

As I recall, there is no PIN by default.  You might start by going to settings -> system -> about on the roku device and making sure that the email shown there is the same email that you are using to log in at roku.com.  Otherwise, any changes at roku.com will not affect this roku device.

Hey @Dave1989, we see you're having an issue accessing content on the Roku device. 

@Strega provides some good information on checking if you're accessing your Roku device through the right email.
