I ordered the 5.1 surround system off the site, the sound bar pro, wireless bass pro, and the 4 pack of the wireless speakers. I paid arond $650.00 for it. When I recieved my order, I only received a 2 pack of the speakers, not the 4 that I was supposed to get. How do I get in contact with someone from Roku so I can get this problem resolved? I would like to have the other 2 speakers that I paid for.
Have you tried https://support.roku.com/contactus ? I know it can be frustrating to get through, so good luck. Choosing "Accounts, payments & subscriptions" may be the best option.
Yes it is very much a pain in the @!! to figure out how to contact support, but I was able to contact a tech from live chat through billing and payments, and hopefully got the problem resolved. I should be getting an email in the next 24 to 48 hours to confirm shipping and tracking numbers. We shall see, I want my 5.1 that I paid for, not the 3.1 they sent me.
Thanks for sharing this. The exact same thing happened to me. I only received two of the four speakers ordered. I submitted a ticket a couple of days ago. No response back. Hopefully, I can get this resolved in a timely manner so I can get the remaining two wrapped for Christmas.
I finally got the 2 other speakers I ordered, it took about 2 weeks to get though. I contacted them through live chat first, and they said I would receive confirmation and tracking information within 24 to 48 hours, waited 4 days and got nothing. Got back to them through the call us option and they said they got the ticket, but nothing else was done. They re did it and said the same thing, 24 to 48 on confirmation and tracking. Waited 3 days, and still nothing. Got back to them again through the call us option and they seemed confused on why I was calling them back for a third time, argued with them for awhile, and they said they were being shipped, and ended up giving me the tracking numbers over the phone. It took another 4 days, and I finally got my speakers.
