I have a charge to my bank account, that says  Roku for W, in the amount of $10.70, what streaming Chanel is this charge stand for!? I don't know if I should cancel this or not because I don't know what streaming channel it stands for, someone please tell me what this charge is for!!

I went to my Roku and found the name of the charge. It says Legacy, I tried looking Legacy everywhere on the Roku site and got no answers. So now my question is what is Legacy, a streaming channel?? I got a name but still don't know what it is!?!? Does anyone know what legacy is????

YES!! you found it for me, thank you so much! And I did NOT order this! Now what do I do, somebody else is using my account. I want it canceled and reimbursed!! Grrrr

The next step is to contact support at https://support.roku.com/contactus .

On your Roku account screen, near the bottom, is a list of devices tied to your account. Remove any that you do not recognize.

Change your Roku account password.

You should be able to unsubscribe from the Roku subscriptions page. Getting your money back may be harder.

I should also add that on the Roku account page, you can set up a purchase PIN to make it harder to subscribe, even by accident.
