I keep getting charged 10.81 every month and I have no idea why. I have zero active subscriptions. Although the money is taken I can’t find it in payments or purchases history. This is my first time posting a question so I don’t know what else I can provide. I will say Roku you need to develop a support team that customers can’t actually talk to or chat with. Trying to get an issue resolved is a nightmare because we can’t talk to a live agent. Anyway. Can someone help me this unknown charge that has been happening for months. Thank you
