On Dec. 14, Roku Tech Service determined that my power adapter (still under warranty) was defective and said I would be sent a new one. Never arrived; I kept calling and was assured one was being shipped, but never got any written confirmation, tracking, etc. Come to find out TODAY that the part is on backorder, and that NO replacement actually was in process! I am NOW assured that as soon as the part becomes available (supposedly in a couple more weeks), they'll send me one! Incredible! Meanwhile, I've been paying for streaming services I can't access. I just gave up waiting and ordered a whole new 4K Streaming Stick from Walmart, which will be delivered free tomorrow. At least this way, I'll have a spare! If only I'd known back in mid-December that I was being stonewalled!
